What happens after you enquire
When you submit the form, our property advisory team reaches out — usually within one business day — to understand your configuration preference (2, 3 or 4 BHK duplex), budget, and timeline. From there we share the current pre-launch price sheet, available floor plans and unit positions, the master plan, and the EOI process and benefits. There is no obligation at the enquiry stage; the goal is to give you complete, accurate information so you can decide whether a site visit makes sense.
What to have ready
To make the first conversation productive, it helps to know:
- Configuration you're considering — 2 BHK, 3 BHK, or 4 BHK duplex
- Budget range and whether you intend to use a home loan
- Purpose — self-use or investment — and your ideal possession window
- Preferences that matter to you — floor height, lake-facing orientation, proximity to the clubhouse, Vaastu compliance
Book a site visit
Site visits to the A Wonderful World township and the experience centre can be arranged on weekdays and weekends. We can coordinate pick-up from the Sarjapur / Outer Ring Road corridor on request. During the visit you'll see the township master plan, the show unit and material specifications as they become available, the lake-edge setting, and the connectivity to the Sarjapur IT belt and Electronic City first-hand. View the location on Google Maps.
Verify before you commit
We encourage every buyer to do their own due diligence. Ask for the RERA application status for the apartment phase (registration is in process; the number will be published at launch — note that the township's existing K-RERA number belongs to the Eterna villa phase, not the apartments), the title and approval documents, and the latest sanctioned plan. Our team will provide these on request. Verify the apartment-phase registration at the K-RERA portal before signing any sale agreement.
Submit the enquiry form and an advisor will be in touch shortly.
